Cant access my location

So in order for me to use this app it needs my location which I already have turned on and I allowed access to it & it still wont get it and the bad part is I payed $4.99 to watch games on this stupid app and i cant even watch games because it wont access my location even when it is turned on please fix this app I really want to watch summer league games!!
